Green HeronThere is no access point in this segment. Use Pennyfield Lock in mile 19 or Violette's Lock in mile 22.
The map is centered at Blockhouse Point, near the start of mile 21. Blockhouse Point has impressive views of the Potomac River and can be a good spot for finding migrant waterfowl and hawks.
